At the tooltip itself there is not given any hint that you can also heal your minions with that one as well, but be aware it is transfered from your own HP pool, besides that you do not even see your minions' health bar which might be some quality of life thread as well :)

There is a skill mod called house of leeches that says it mods parasite to heal alies draining your health whats the point of this if it works like that without the skill mod active ???? is this broken ?? healing things while im trying to convert enemys is anoying.

yes this modifier seems to be default without even picking it but cannot proof anyway because you do not see your minions health bar.
