Active Skills Feedback List

Hello! Thought I'd share some feedback based on my experience so far (multiple characters, highest LVL 45 or so)

All Summon skills need a serious buff. most importantly, they need a vastly improved AI. May I suggest keeping closer to the player combined with more aggression and higher movement speed. I understand improving AI takes time, and you have bigger concerns at the moment.
Until you have time to work on them fully, might I suggest a placeholder massive buff to compensate their sluggish behaviour? Honestly, they need to be overpowered to be useful at all with their current behaviour. Some things that would help until you've had time to work on their AI:
Basic scaling from player attributes and/or vastly increased base stats.
Higher movement speed.
AOE/Cleave damage (maybe from runes?)

Sadly right now they are simply not viable, and require ludicrous buffs to be so until you've improved their AI.
In the future , I would also like to see more scaling to Pets from Items, but I understand we may have a long road until then.


*I would also like more clarification as to what stats and modifiers skills actually scale from. Does Bladestorm benefit from attack speed ? Does cast speed affect Vortex? I know this is not high priority right now but it'd be a nice QOL.


*The multishot arrow skill (sorry, I forget its full name) seems rather underwhelming to me. It's a big singletarget DPS loss for me on my ranger unless I shotgun to their face. It makes sense not to deal a truckload of damage, but I suggest the cast speed of this skill be increased. I simply shoot auto attacks a lot faster so I never cast it on bosses.


I would also like to share some feedback on the Apocalyptic Forms. I've tried 2 so far. in both cases, they are a big DPS loss. They do not seem to scale on gear. While my character crits for 10-20k consistently, my Apocalyptic form hits like a wet noodle for 300, or a few thousand at best.

Really, REALLY cool feature. You've got some work ahead of you to balance them though. To start, I would suggest decreasing the duration of the Ascendance greatly, but also increasing the damage output immensely. Perhaps they also need to scale on nodes, attributes, or gear modifiers.

but to start, a lower duration will make them a lot easier to balance I think.

I hope this feedback helps. Love the game guys- I know the pressure is high here at launch and that you're working your asses off to get it working first and foremost. Keep up the good work!
