Adding "damage over time" on skill tags please

Please add the "damage over time" description to the skill tags, so that we know which skill does damage over time or not. For example is bladestorm damage over time or not? its a channeling skill and if you think about it, its doing its damage over a specific time and not all at once. Where bleeding edge mentions in the skill description that it converts physical damage to rending damage which means its damage over time at the end. This way we can make our builds more efficient.

And by the way, you made a patch for 2.8 GB but most of the things you "fixed" were really not "that" important. Its more important that we can work with our passive tree more efficiently or the skills and passive tree have better explanation so that we do not need to "guess" if the text meant this or that.

And thirdly, it really would be appreciated if SOMEONE in your team would at least give us answers to our requests. It feels like I'm talking to myself or to the wall.

rend damage isnt damage over time, its just a direct damage type like physical.

each of the direct damage types has an ailment that they can cause, some of these deal damage and those are damage over time. rend damage can proc bleeding, which deals damage over time. shock, burn, poison and bleed are all damage over time ailments, they are triggered from lightning, fire, toxic and rend damage via a chance to cause aliments with your attack/spell.

So you say every skill damage is direct damage and every ailment is DOT? I just add one point to

Cabalist - Crippling Decrepitude
+50% Ailment Damage
-15% Damage that is not Damage Over Time

I monitored every spell i have (11 damaging spells) and NONE of them got modified (-15% Damage) ...can anyone explain this to me?
