I would suggest, if not already done, that the wolcen team gather metrics on how many players are specing into {X} passive and how many players have {Y} skill equipped. I am sure 90% of players are using bleeding edge and the though there seems to be a lot of options, there doesn't seem to be a lot of smart options.
