What stats do i have to have on my gear that i can cast my bleeding edge more frequently? (reduce cooldown of The spell/attack)
Is it only cooldown reduction or is there a passive skill also? I see that other players can cast it all The time...

Do not use the one that lets it spin for 4seconds,that has the 10 second cooldown.
Use the one where it follows you, it makes it last 1 second

Only cooldown reduction, the downtime between casts can be very low if you max that!

attack speed with 'astral orbit' modifier also
