Hi Flavius,

Anomaly appears to be a staff and catalyst only skill, which means in order to use it you MUST have one of those two weapons equipped. A two-handed sword means you can't use either of those.

There MIGHT be an exception though: there could be a unique item that allows for the use of anomaly without the normal weapon types, and it could even be a two-handed sword, but that would mean you can only use THAT weapon, not the one you have likely found and are trying to use. There may also be a special node in the passive tree to allow it, but I highly doubt it and don't remember seeing anything like that when I looked through the tree (but there a many nodes, so I may have forgotten).

You must find and Sarisel item which has an affix that allows you to use Anomaly.
