Try running around after you cast it. Dodge chance increase once you leave the smoke area

You know what, i tried what you suggested and now my dodge chance is updating from that modifier. I'm 100% sure that it wasn't updating before, so there must be some sort of temporary bug that can occur that effects either the modifier or the updating of stats in the details window. I get the extra dodge chance only when i stay within the smoke cloud's area btw, which i think is intended.
