Hello, Im currently working on tweaking my endgame character build and I find that alot of descriptions for the skill modifier "runes" are pretty vague in general.

So I basically have 2 questions.
1st. A modifier for the Infinity Blades skill, called "Material Sinkhole" (bottom left-hand corner) description reads as follows: "Inflicts a Debuff on Enemies when hit with this Skill that increases the Damage they receive from Spells."
well how much is the damage increased by?? is it by a percentage?? is the damage influenced by any ailments?? how long does this debuf last?? like is it per hit? or does it last in seconds?? is there a chance of initial infliction? or is it always inflicted upon hit?? see what I mean about vague??
i dont even know how to determine if this modifier works or not. Which then leads into my second question.

2nd. Is there anywhere/anyplace on the Internet where i can find better descriptions for all skill modifiers?? because this problem of vague descriptions and insoluble results seems to impact most active skills. Because its hard to tweak or adjust different aspects and experiment with my build when there is little to no statistics to analyze.
