Has anyone else experienced a bug with Solarfall? I cast the skill and it does ZERO damage. This skill worked prior to update 1.16. Thank you for your time.

Hi,
The skill works, the problem is the first modifier 'Punishing Brilliance', take it out and the spell will do damage properly.
This issue will be fixed in the next update. :)
