Wording of the tooltips on skills could be better. for instance, the trackers reach says 40% more damage.

That doesn't specify if the skill itself does 40% more damage or if they take 40% more damage after casting.

I'm sure it's only on the ability, but some clarifications on certain things could be solved with a little bit of care in the description department.
