Ailment chance on imbued Enemies too high on low level

I played a full Ferocity Build during the Beta and had no Problems with Ailments. The only thing you really had to look out for was the Poison Puddles. Because I wanted to do the "don't die" achievements I went with a full Toughness Build in the Full Release and I had absolutely no Problems until I met a Group of Blue Poison imbued enemies. As soon as they saw me they stacked Poison ailment so fast that I couldn't counterheal with my potions even while running away. I don't know in what way Poison ailment damage scales with Level, but at least on my (low) level the Damage is far too high when taking into account my extremely high (for my level and available Equipment) Poison Resistance.
Maybe tone the Buff to Ailment chance that imbued enemies got with the Full Release back down a little bit. Since Wisdom does not give ailment Resistance anymore there is no way apart from Luck to get any Ailment Resistance in the early Game. I shouldn't get an Ailment stack every time they hit me. It might be fine in the later Game when I have more options to mitigate this but the early Game should ease me into it and not be frustrating because of having no counter to ailments.
It might also be fine with ranged classes since you don't get hit as much, but it was unavoidable for me.
