Stay close to her and use skills of melee or far away and use ranged.

Stage 2 is even worse than stage one. I've fought this boss so many times only to die. Wouldn't be so bad, if the boss's health didn't reset when you use one of the 3 rez's that are available to you.

This fight on storymode, should not be this difficult...I'm at the point where I am likely to just stop playing the game....I've spent two days on this fight between online and offline mode.

I've died like 4 times so far. 2nd phase is rather difficult, at least for a pistol/shield build. I got it down to 10% so far.

Edit: Learned in the first phase to kill the pods on the side to avoid spawns. Once you learn second phase it is much easier. Just killed it.

This boss is an overall bad design. Honestly

Phase 1 - You dodge the telegraps... but for some reason stuff is still damaging you. O wait.. ITs the RED AOE on the RED floor. Fudging hell. lol
Phase 2 - What the fk is even going on. There is so much sh1t on the floor that blends in with the environment.. And between the mob clutter and the boss FX clutter. There is seriously a huge issue with how this was all designed. Its designed to murder you unless you have this 1 insane OP build...which lets be honest. These act bosses require.. lol

I am not in the slightest enjoying these dumb difficulty spikes. Either make the game difficult. Or lean into it throughout the game. Nothing during the game tells you you need to build a META character untill you hit these bosses.

edit - TURNS OUT BTW this fight was bugged for me. All the AOE effects were on the floor, even though I reset the fight. So I could not see ANY of the actual damaging floor effects. Only took me 4 attempts to notiice. Man lol.. what a bugfest
