Edric Fight - SLOW DOWN THE SPAM OF ADDS
For pure casters this fight is miserable. I absolutely love dodging around the attacks of the boss and even the adds to a degree, but in the second phase, a pure caster CAN NOT keep up the damage on Edric. The ghosts spawn too quickly and they are essentially endless blocks to any ranged spell. I have adapted four times and now am trying to do the fight in melee range with aoe because I can't do virtually any significant damage to the boss, because all of my spells are used up on the constant flow of adds.
This is not enjoyable at all. I don't mind the adds, but their frequency of spawning must be slowed down for ranged, caster characters. Fireballs, lighting, aether ray, all of these very rarely make contact with the boss because there is always at least four adds in the way.
