To see Ailment - Stacks on enemies

Does anyone know what this actually buffs?

We have a add here,too.

A)(Praetorian / Selfless Courage) (2nd Segment Passive)
+25% Resistance for whole Group if Character do a Block
We don t see the Buff on to Player Statusbar either, at the Moment.
B)Aegis of Hope
(Level 44)
Effect: Grants buff to all resistances while inside the area of effect.
The "Resistance Buff" ,do not appear in Statusbar, too.

(btw Info)I do like to play a Battlemage with Ailment / Stacks and cant see how many there a out at the Moment.
1)Without knowing how many Ailment / Stacks working for my character we can t planning in to add Passive Skills like +5 Stacks, cause we do not really know if its worth it.
1)X) Maybe its possible to show up the buff from the enemy with the maximum Stacks as next nearby.
1)X)A) Or simply colored Number over their Health-Bars - Overhead.
a)White-Material B) Red -Element C) Black - Occult .- Stacks
But we know, their are already existing colors for every Type exspecially.

X)X) Maybe a little Dev-Letter about it with or without a voting and it gets perfectly done.
X)Y) I like the Idea about good Buff right side, bad buffs left side.
Maybe the select enemy under the Top. [Name + Health / Shield Bar]
+ Left Bad and Right Good Buffs.

If i am am personally have kind of blindness i will edit this explicit.

Weapon Glow Effect

Show Resistance + Damage Type we need in fight - Boss phases (new Bossmodes !)
Colors should show us what Resistance we need in a part of a Dungeon and may what Damage Type will work at best against harder enemies or at least for "Bosses" in their different Phases!
