The particle effects on weapons based on elemental damage seems really low key. I have the settings on maximum and I barely notice the particle effects on my swords.
Any chance they will be turned up or is it simply because my weapons are low level at this point.

Can you provide me with a screenshot of the concerned weapon? Perhaps there is a problem with it that we need to check :)
