The true fact is that, from my point of view, loot system needs a massive overhaul. I have no idea of what is the standpoints of view from developers, but items are really lacking in depth. For instance, most of the unique items i found so far, they don't scale to lvl. U get a lvl 70 unique after u got it at lvl 40, and the stats are the same. For some weapons, i think the damage is scaled a little bit, but that's it. The true equipment is the legendary equipment. And the legendary equipment drops ultra slow. I like the idea of the game, and i think will improve, but i think developers looked to reproduce some systems that work in other games and implement it. For equipment here, is a BIG NO. And i have played all rpgs out there, with procedural loot, random , or premade or whatever. I find here equipment bad and limiting. Just look for instance at Grim Dawn and how equipment scales, then u feel the difference. This tipe of games is for dungeon crawling, and loot. At this point, game offers only dungeon crawling, and nothing else.
