Hi,

It's currently really difficult to work with this stat because all passives nodes, gems and most affixes grant +%dodge score.
However getting the base stat is pretty rare on an item.

Without changing too much a few thing could be done
- Increase the rate of dodge points affix generated for rogue armor gear.
- Allow gems to give points instead of percent for dodge
- Allow the merchant to restock when leaving the town instead of a timer

The last one can seems strange but based on my experience so far, I had to restart a lot of time in order to get a piece of gear with dodge score on it and ok-ish affixes. Maybe later this isn't an issue anymore so feel free to ignore that part.
