is it me or does all the items above 60 are almost impossible to drop better stats

ive been playing end game a couple of days now untill champion but i rarely almost get any item upgrade and to me the item lvl dont correspond with my characters lvl.. the legendaries that i get are almost all worthless and dont feel like a legendary with an item lvl of 104. do more people feel like this?

I honestly feel kinda cheated because of this. I'm lvl 65 atm clearing 78 expeditions and still even the legendaries for my class are worse than some random lvl 58 drops. There is literally no point in playing after 60, the enemies keep getting stronger but you're not. (other than the passive skill tree)

whats even more frustrating that when legendaries drop its never something i can use.

Really wish they implement smart loot asap.
This could work same way it does on the character screen where the color that has most points adds bonus damage.

Now take passive screen and apply smart loot to the color you have most points invested in. This would mean for me for example i would only get bruiser and heavy gear. Sux to keep getting bows, pistols, wands and what not. Got a few legendaries today but was all mage crap :(

So is this pretty much confirmed now that you cant get better stats once your gear drops are around lvl 60 give or take?

I'm 64 and all the expedition loot from that lvl seems to be the same stat values as high 50's or exact 60 gear I have...so what's the point of doing higher expeditions? Do you even get more XP?

EDIT: So in another thread I made it looks like the pics of lvl 90+ loot people shared do in fact have higher raw dmg #'s and higher magical dmg but the other stats tend to remain the same, unfortunately. This guy's lvl 120 weapon still had +5% life leech but higher dmg overall.

Also, they really need to lvl staffs affect spell dmg more similar to how melee weapons work.

This obviously needs a big bump. I'm pushing endgame and the only real stat increase I have seen has been on weapon base dmg.

Especially important, Unique stats. Regardless of level are never scale with level.

@Devs lets address this. Its at the very core of why you keep replaying this game.

I'm presently level 68 and have tried crit gun/mage build, 2h spin to win and now im experimenting with full ailment application build.
