Just now i defeated an uber boss. In my haste spamming spells and attacks in the finall seconds of the boss fight i accidentally clicked the portal and confirmed my choice. I went home :( When the boss died i briefly saw 2 or three legendary items beam to the sky. They are gone forever now :(

Suggestion: maybe make an NPC named Wuhambe or something from witch you can buy items back with gold you never picked up.
