those items came from the full Wrath of Sarisel Mode (modifications on a expedition).
The rewards have a chance to add such a affix, but you can't craft it

this affix can be as a suffix or as a prefix

here you have a list as an example i used a shield https://wolcendb.erosson.org/loot/1h_shield_tier16

u can drop this affix as a reward in sarises runs or craft it with 3x socketed genesis stones

for example, in weapon, u have to craft it, cause sarises affix as a reward always drops as a prefix and u want 3x damage prefixes so u have to craft your additional skill as a suffix by using genesis stones.

I think this is not easy, i have understood something, but not completely.

One more question: If "crafting" a skill, the skill created is random? or is there a way to decide which skill will be created?

yeah its not easy - crafting skill is random.

So a good bet is to try get a shield from sarisel run as a reward

If u play hard u should be able to get item with the skill u want in one week, if u play only a little it might take much longer.

And how can i launch a Sarisel run?
