So. I have this chest on my character - A rare chest, with 2/5 Quality. At the end of Act I, I get a Legendary chest, with 4/5 Quality. And yet, literally everything about this Legendary chest is worse than my Rare one. It's level 22, my equipped chest is 17. Does ANY of that seem right to anyone?
