It seems like the both the number of items and the quality of items rewarded for S+ high-level untainted runs with fast times have been nerfed. It's annoying when these kind of significant changes are deliberately left out of the patch notes. =/

Good catch, although that just mentions quantity. The quality (legendary) has been hit as well.
