Alastor skill tree still doesn't work

So the UI for Sparking Dart has been fixed (go to 100, still way too easy to keep it maximum value IMO), but it still doesn't affect dmg whatsoever.
with the passive skill or without it (sparking dart) - doesn't give the slightest dmg buff (should be a lot, too), at least for "devices" which is only the turret - even if I convert it to lighting.
The UI for Static Transferral still is the same and fine but the it doesn't affect turret, or any other skill dmg.

Basically the patch didn't fix anything related to the Alastor skill tree but only the UI.

btw, Intravenous Neural Cord still doesn't work as intended (doesn't give enough attack speed), but they didn't say they fixed it so maybe they still working on it.

Intravenous Neural Cord (Alastor) does not work.
The spell should work as Valerias buff at the end of Act2.
She provides an attack speed buff with 75% and its very noticable buff, you get also a small icon over your action bar that shows you the remaining time of the buff. So the spell already exist in game and working fine, it just needs to implement it to the passive skills tree.
