Here is what the skill is supposed to do:
-Unflagging Prayer is part of the Eos branch. Unlocking this Passive Skill provides the following bonuses:
-When your Health is below 20% you make a Prayer, giving a buff to the All Resistances Score of your allies for a few seconds and reviving downed allies. This ability has a large cooldown.
-All Nearby Allies are Resurrected when your Health drops below 30% of maximum.
-All Nearby Allies gain 30% boost to All Resistances Score when Allies are resurrected.

Now, I'm playing FULL tank build, I normally see people dying, and sometimes I cant revive them because of all the enemies around them, so I've tried many times stop healing my self to get my health to even 10% and let my allies revive but they don't revive, they stay dead. Hell I even let my self die to see if they revive sometimes, but no, they don't. This really needs to be fixed.

I don't know if this has been notified already, I guess someone did it already but I want to be sure.
