Would the 100% dmg work with skills like phantom blades ,that don't cost any rage to cast?
The way it's worded it should... it just says skills cast when above 750 rage deal double damage.
Anyway, would love some clarification if anyone knows!

and it consuming 2x rage cost then, so i would bet than it does work only with rage skills.

Yeah, I can see it going either way really. As with many things, it should be worded much clearer.
Like if it only works with something costing rage, it should say something like... if Rage was USED to cast this skill, it will deal double damage, etc...
Oh well. I'm sure it will be figured out in time / worded better, etc

yep translating requires a lot of work and i think its a knowing issue to devs, at least i hope
