This is probably a huge newbie question, but it doesn't seem obvious to me....
What exactly are champion enemies? I can't seem to find this info anywhere.
Like when you do a mandate, and kill one of the 'quest' guys... I assume those are champions?
Would love some clarification on this... I was just wondering how OFTEN I kill champions, to make getting this passive worth it?

Champions are end bosses and their weaker variants. Flesh Demon, Soul Demon, Justicar, Alpha Svriir etc. Imho absolutely not worth it.

Ah, thanks, that's what I was afraid of, and glad I didn't try to test it for myself.
Unless it's multiplicative which by the text, it doesn't seem like it would be... it seems like it should be proc'd a lot more often....
