Idea to rework "Clandestine Execution"
Hi,
This passive idea is great and matches perfectly with the assassin archetype, so flavor win in my book :)
But given Wolcen combat dynamic it's not really usable in practice
Current effect
+25% Damage when only one enemy is withim 7m range
Boost nodes
-3m for enemy to be considered alone
+5% Damage
So on paper it's great to help single target specialists to take high HP targets down (bosses), but in reality those targets are always with waves of minions around them.
I don't know if it's possible with how the engine handles combat today, but maybe something based on single target skill or when a skill hit a single target.
It would preserve the idea that the character is focusing on one enemy instead of several, but it would be much more frequently active vs pretty much never right now or at least not when it matters.
Suggestion
+25% Damage when using single target skill
Boost nodes
+25% Critical Hit Chance when using single target skill
+25% Critical Hit Damage when using single target skill
Numbers are random, I have no idea what would be ok regarding the balance but that's just a template for the global idea
