Lost Primodial Affinity
I spent Affinity to reset my passive skills, after losing connection and getting back in.. my skills were NOT resetted and the Affinity was spent.

Sorry to hear that happen to you.
I'm pretty sure what you're describing is a bug. Even thought it's related to skills, you should post it in "Bugs & Issues".
