The two nodes have exactly the same text box. I'am not sure what does "precarious flesh". It doesnt add a second meteor... is that an error, a bug or what?

Hi there! Came for exactly the same question ^^
I've been enjoying Omnitempest, but can't figure out what Precarious flesh did to my build.
Looks like in the old version of these skills were:
"[...]7% Chance to Cast a Meteor at cursor location when Fire Skill is Cast. Has a Cooldown of 2.0s[...]"
and upgraded to:
"[...]10% Chance to Cast a Meteor at cursor location when Fire Skill is Cast. Has a Cooldown of 2.0s[...]"
with Precarious flesh.
