Max lvl is 90(?). Are the max passive points in gate of fates also 90?
Someone told me that actually you get some points later in end-game from the city so it 90 or more?

You start at LVL1, so you get 89pts total by 90. There's a building in the endgame that grants you 1 point which makes it 90.
