Is sparking dart adding damage to the rage skills? Ive tried it with rage skills and it consumes "points" but hard to tell it actually increase damage. i read somewhere it only adds damage to the willpower using skills, but u cant read that in the description. Anyone knows?

Tried with Havoc Orb. Numbers in Description do change with Sparking Dart points. Still damage difference between 0 stacks and 100 stacks is not that much impactful.

yep i tried it with excact same skill, and i think it simply does nothing to damage, and i run many tests
