I would like to have the option to auto-sell loot drops to a vendor, maybe with a slider for the quality of the item (i.e. sell all blue items, all yellow items).

Or Archtype filters. I'd personally like to be able to sell everything that's not a Yellow or better Sorcerer item, for example.
I'd settle for them just locking the Right-Click so that it can't select/move items when a Vendor window is open. :) It would solve half my frustration with the game.
