The bug where you can't respawn is still intact (scrolled some pages back and only found a post on this pretty long back).
Happens at random intervals that you can't respawn after your teammate goes out of combat, and you have to exit to main menu and re-enter to fix it (loosing any gear which dropped while you were dead).

Another issue is that if I exit to main menu and want to change character I have to leave the party and ask my friend for a new invite, if not, when I finish loading into the game again, I will be logged on as the character I originally joined the group with (it's like this most times for me and my friends at least).

To finish off, I just want to request the option to inspect other players, but I'm sure this is not a priority for launch and will come with time.
