1) Search: I need a search inside the forum. Otherwise, how am I going to see if there is a similar thread?
2) Capture Tool: I would like to take screenshots to be able to post bugs. Onenote is not working inside Wolcen.
3) I need another category within Feedback & Suggestions. Where am I supposed to put this thread?

ShareX, Lightshot, Windows Snipping Tool...there are a multitude of options out there for screenshots.

About 2) Right, but the tool I am using is not working, because Wolcen is captering the key presses. So I thought it might nice to either allow shortcuts or add a tool themselves.

I'm pretty sure you could also use Steam to take a screenshot as well...IIRC the button for screenshots is F5.
