When you are playing a Map (e.g. Map has extra chests) where it is a single level, when you complete the objective it immediately spawns the exit portal right over the elite you just killed, which is exactly where you are mouse clicking of course.
It has no confirm pop up, so you just leave, without looting, or clearing the level.
Maybe spawn the portal else where and have a confirm like other expeditions.
