Yes basically - spend 200,000 gold to roll sockets on each piece of gear until you are broke - realize there are no other viable skills outside of ailments, which your sockets need a different tier for, get frustrated and close the game. Then just wait at least a week until the next patch nerfs ailments. Eventually, hopefully, they will stop nerfing and start fixing broken passives, buffing skills that are too weak to make it through story mode, and add damage to 1H swords, daggers, maces, axes, staffs so they are usable.

Literally there are 30 skills and after the nerf there are what 2-3 that are somewhat playable? Summoners sure got love but that is a niche archetype at best.

The game just isn't quite ready yet honestly, too much is broken, game play is clunky at best and majority of skills under perform. A few months from now they'll have most things fixed and they'll start getting people back, or they won't and the game will die quickly. As for me I'll be back to try it again towards the end of PoE's next update coming mid next month.
