Dividing stats like that gimps your damage. I have a similar hybrid build, basically full on ailments and I put 0 into Wisdom because it's not necessary. You can have more than enough ailment score on your armor and can have 2-300% increase on weapon and catalyst. I have like 40% elemental and occult chance and 30% material.
I went full ferocity and started to dump points into toughness after level 70something. I have toughness on pretty much all of my gear though. Wherever I could I went for all resist gear, so I have a bit over 80% resistances (~13k at level 76) You need a couple of transfer time reduction gems, I have like 2 or 3 25% and a bunch on my gear. I have 1k life gems in all armor sockets and one even in my catalyst. That puts me to 70k HP, which seems to be enough for now, I also have 5% spell leech on my catalyst and 5% attack leech on my weapon, so I can facetank pretty much anything standing in my bulwark.

My setup looks like this:
- Aether Jump, most important modifier is the one that removes cooldown because it gives you really good mobility and you can generate rage very quickly with it
- Anomaly with lightning mod
- Bulwark with damage mod
- Tear with damage over time mod
- Bleeding Edge without unstoppabe so it's spammable
- Infinity Blades with the mod that adds aether/shadow to other skills, the one that increases attack damage and the one that increases spell damage on mobs

with Aether Jump and Infinity Blades I can pretty much choose if I want rage or willpower at the moment.

I'll replicate my skill setup and passives tree if you're interested.

This is my current tree and skills (click on skills to see the modifiers)
The stats you see on the right are copied from my character sheet so you get some idea what I have on my gear. As I said, I dumped everything to ferocity then started to dump to toughness for the last 3-4 levels (I'm 76 now).

It's important to have heavy armor in helm and chest slot because their all resistance scores are doubled by passives. So get as many all res on those slot as you can. Get cooldown reduction on helm, chest and pants, % ailment chance on weapon and catalyst and some ailment chance score wherever you can. % all damage is best as this build uses pretty much all damage types.

Since Bleeding Edge deals a formidable amount of damage even in this setup, you should have a weapon with high damage, flat poison is the best roll on it as we have no other source of poison damage so if you have it on your weapon then Bleeding Edge will apply bleed and poison. Roll 3xO2 sockets and put enough fire gems in it so all your spells apply burn.

In my setup Anomaly and Bulwark apply burn and shock (Bulwark used to apply stasis but I got to much lightning damage on my new catalyst, I'll try to fix that), Bleeding Edge applies bleed and poison, Tear applies freeze and burn, Infinity Blades applies burn and stasis and default attack applies poison and weakness, so I can keep up 6x5 stacks of Immortal Offering, 7 if I use the default attack as well.

I thought about trying out Light-bringer but I haven't leveled it up yet. It can be a DoT as well so I think it fits in this build. You lose your ability to turn your willpower to rage in like 2 seconds though.

the ONLY stat reguired is toughness.

the other stats have little impact on DPS at all; and as such survival is the key.

for whatever reason this game has been designed such that ailment stacking yields the highest DPS, with or without crits.

I already posted why I so think sacred damage is the best damage type

  1. weakens mobs
  2. the ONLY DAMAGE TYPE THAT OFFERS AN EXECUTE
--- to do so take the EOS tree left branch that EXECUTES ALL MOBS TYPES when at 15% health.

pure rage based builds in this game take UBER gear to pull off, and MAKE YOU SPEND more points to do so as you have to TAKE Child of Fury tree, and you have to take nodes that assure your rage is always available.

Hybrid catalyst + weapon builds are really OP in this game.

with a set up like this you can achieve 90% block, 70% dodge have 100% uptime on spell heals, have infinite orbs to also heal you, and have access to your execute and whatever rage spender you choose (BE for 1h melee or havoc orb if you use pistol)
