INFINITY RAGE Whirlwind Build

https://youtu.be/ATYeUJgyk34

Begin:

I would like you second build around "Fatal Pact" and ailments mechanics. He is very not obvious connected with this major points but makes it pretty interesting. At least because it is not quite an ailment build, rather a hybrid with an emphasis on critical damage and damage in general.

Infinity Rage Engine:

The main engine of this build, and its main advantage is the generation of INFINITY RAGE, and here is chain of synergies what doing it!

1) Fatal Pact + Grievous Afflictions
Pretty common combination. Allows you to impose two DoT's, all of them are transferred to you.

2) + Dire Juncture
Here a little deeper. Thanks to this passive, the stacks that you impose on yourself will distribute damage tick in two ticks after the first second.
We will use burn and bleeding. This is convenient and they have the fastest response rate: 0.6 and 0.5 seconds, respectively. This will create about 7-8 ticks per second with all upper info.

3) + The Heat of Battle (And all another Rage per hit taken)
This is why it works. The tick of dots are also a hit! If you have "+25 rage per hit taken" this mechanic will give +200 rage per second!
But not everything is so smooth . Unfortunately, part of the rage is reserved and reservation will be gro. Therefore, for cleaning up a dungeon, you have to switch off your Whirlewind a couple of times :D

Another Important:

1) Furious Appetite, Blisterring Embrace, and adjacent points
All Child of Fury great combinated with us. Convertion physical damage into fire grant us source of fire damage on weapon for burning. Blisterring Embrace provides an adequate reason to focus on negative ailments in attack build. Frenzied Blows grant huge damage bonus almost permanent because infinity rage.
Flurring Flames has the option to be if you focus on agility in particular. If not, you risk gain ~3% speed attack for lose 10% all total resistance

2) Merciless Lethality, The Wild Card, another critical bonuses and about Ferocity
I think it’s unnecessary to explain, everyone explained everything :D
While the critical damage has not been changed, and our build is focused on damage bonuses indirectly from the ailments and inifinity rage engine, it makes sense to focus specifically on Ferocity. This all grant us great multiplicative bonuses

3) Attrition Strategist, another ailment chance bonuses and about Wisdom
Although the build is built on ailments, in fact, we do not need its development much. It’s better to take some important passive points and ignore Wisdom like attribute.
A 15-30% chance is more than enough for us!

4) Damage Optimized
For DPS growth also pay attention to the Insidious Decay and max ailments stacks. Due to the "Wheel of Pain" mod, and perhaps the "Blisterring Embrace", the damage grows gradually exponentially. For example, from the base 2.7k of average damage, crit grows from the base 20k to 150k and higher.
Don’t worry about reducing damage from Insidious Decay - this reduced additive attribute, but greatly increases multiplicative

5) Healthglobe's
An extremely interesting and specific option for the development of survivality. You really don’t pay attention to this, but is within walking distance of core passive points our build exist "Increased Awareness", "Holy Gift" and "Blessed Manna". Along with this, Whirlwild have ability to generate healthglobe and Sovereign Shout increase chance to this generate.
Its a really interesting and cool option for an already strange build!

6) Another Option
Primordial Insight good for us. Toxic Emanation and Which Time Cannot Heal and change bleed damage on aether may good too after its fix. And + max rage give us a certain bonus resisting the reservation of rage.

Attributes & Skills & Gear:

Priority of attribute is: Ferocity => Toughness => Wisdom => Agility

I think the build is not particularly attached to the gear. The main task is to have a lot of damage and that the damage is done by burn and bleeding. Maybe ailments chance good too.

About abilities, I think that Whirlwind is best suited of course. Mod "Wheel of Pain" make him especially strong, because, apparently, it affects on base damage, and adds up multiplicatively (or adds crazy additive growth). "Unfettered Determination" is needed too ans its clear that.
"Ceaseless Current" will slower reserve rage; "Shredding Whirlwind" good; "Spoils of War" good; "Chaining Wrath" and "Cascading Rhythms" good; "Boknafeins Conviction" gain a bit survivability.
If you want use healthglobe then "Echoes of Meadhalls" is very necessery.

It useful use a utility skill too x)
Sovereign Shout is very good (Because instalock speed bonuses after cast Whirlwind), may be Blood for Blood too. Use for Shout "Red Earth Tracks" and "Rallying Cry" if use healthglobe. All another for on a hunch.

Minuses:

Fun at the building stage, boring an the game stage.

And, survivality is both our plus and minus. Dire Juncture and Fatal Pact make sense, and Whirlwind mechanics themselves allow this game not to fall under attack. But sometimes in very high-level dungeon in comparison with you, even in this case you may not have time to heal some bosses from one shot.
I advise, after taking the second stage of the tree, to simply switch to life and resistance - this does the job. Also a great point would be vampirism (Feast in particular)

Dire Juncture attention! Especially stun in game is that, apparently, it is attached not to ability, but to damage. This means that the stun you taking will work once, and then the second, thanks to Dire Jucnture. Be careful!

Leveling:

Better respect from another build :D

Thnx for reading and watching!

This video without damage optimization, just show mechanic of endless rage
But at your discretion. I understand that there are people who consider any damage less than 15 million to be insufficient until Bane of Tyranny dont nerf, or dont have physical capabilities to redistribute a couple of points like in well-known for everything builds to attach damage to this engine
