This is a video build guide for an occult mage that utilizes stasis and non dmg'ing ailment stacking to ramp rapid ticking crit damage. I have sub par gear and am still working on leveling it up (around 60) and am currently doing 20 to 25 levels above with ease. Im sure when it gets fully built it out will slap. I figured I'd make a guide since I'm having so much fun with it!
