Availed to the world by Quin69 the god (beat me to it but I was close this time :P) however without further adue.....

The build that broke the game!!!!
Disclaimer: I know I missed 1 or 2 things even though I'm looking at the build because there's just so much.
Note: The main issue with "wheel talent trees" is that with enough points (and you get enough) you can get all or close to all of the damage modifiers. Making a normal number destroy EVERYTHING like a nuclear plague. And i mean literally everything in the game just dies.
main stats: health/stamina and enough wisdom to get your ailment stacks up consistently. if you're lacking damage you have something wrong in the build or you do not have enough ailment application chance.
gear: dagger or other 1 hander, shield(almost required to have), max resource cost reduction, block/block efficiency, "+ resource time transfer" and ailment application chance. 1 health potion and 1 rage potion
*** make sure you have items like rings and the dagger; or gems that give you X elemental damage to attacks in your weapon and gear to give you the ability to apply multiple ailments.
Passive skill tree nodes to take: ** FIND EVERY NODE THAT GIVES INCREASED AILMENT STACKS****
Inner Wheel- red resource cost reduction, then move to the other side of red and go into purple along the outer edge of the inner circle. Stay along the outer edge of purple and for more resource cost reduction (RCR), "rage/willpower +150". take "physician" and "attrition strategist"
Middle Wheel- Straight up to "grievous afflictions", "tormentor", "decay" and "immortal offering". Use the outer edge to the left and into red for "feast of crows", "manic slaughter" and "appetite for bloodshed" with "bestial frenzy". Go left into green for "persistence hunting". Go left again into purple and take "duty to exterminate" and both "twisted obligation". Go all the way over to green and get "clandestine execution".
NOTE: if you are using spells take "archion's teachings"
Outer Wheel- Purple "which time cannot heal", "deferential wounds", "dire juncture" and "practiced stamina". Go to red for "furious appetite", frenzied blows" and "undying flicker". Go over to the other red to take "salvatory anchor" and "elevated gain" as well as "bane of tyranny" WHICH IS A MINOR NODE.
take all resource cost reduction, ailment chance, block and block efficiency nodes you come across and again ailment stacks*
YOU CAN GET ALL THIS PRIOR TO LEVEL 70 PLUS WHATEVER ELSE YOU COME ACROSS THAT YOU WANT.
Now on to the big cheese: (literally)
Abilities: This one varies due to unique items and whatnot but you take all that have ailments and ailment modifiers so they can put 2 ailments on enemies.
"wings of ishmir", "charge" with the charge channel modifier, "trackers reach" and "shout" are all nice.
The game breaker: "bleeding edge" warrior 'attack' with modifiers: "unstoppable momentum" and "despotic perseverance" plus whatever else you want.
**skill modifier: DESPOTIC PERSEVERANCE BREAKS THE GAME!!!!!!!! **
It's damage modifier per ailment stack is 20% and you now have with the build a max stacks PER AILMENT of 30. This damage modifier is in the THOUSANDS. Yes, it'll be hard to get all the ailments up because EVERYTHING WILL BE DEAD!!!! D.E.D.DEAD. Lets just say you get every ailment up before the enemy dies. The modifier is over 5000% (20% x 30 stacks x number of ailments) on top of the times modifiers in your build, 120%, 100%, 25% PER AILMENT TYPE, 25%, 25%, AND AGAIN ANOTHER 2000% from bane of tyranny.
*You are a almost unkillable tank that 1 shots everything
-This build does literally millions of damage. EVERY MOB AND EVERY BOSS NO MATTER THE LEVEL DIES IN A FEW SECONDS. "Despotic Perseverance" needs to be removed because even at a 1% damage increase that's still (1% x 30 stacks x 9 possible ailments) on a single augment.
NOTE: "Bladestorm" has a skill modifier like this as well and I'd bet theres at least another one out there.
PLEASE WOLCEN: Hot fix this stuff
-Every rune/node/ability/item/augment/modifier stated in this guide needs to be looked at/nerfed/disabled/overhauled/removed. There should be nothing in the game to instantly double ones damage OR MORE. As soon as I saw the ability "bleeding edge" I knew it was going to ruin the game and it has. It's so easy in Wheel talent trees to zoom out, find all the overpowered nodes, link them together and make the build from there. This build literally made me stop playing the game. So please fix these things.
