Yep, I was kinda trying to like the game was working starting to enjoy that I can start killing stuff and was starting to have fun. Got on today and I have literally no drive to play the game now.

Yup, I feel you. They made an already severely underpowered build even worse. I won't say I can't kill anything, but 3 level 115 dungeons taking an hour is ridiculous while ailment builds are still clearing much higher level dungeons in under 5 minutes per map.

same thing with mine ..... I have tank mag .. before patch I was able to go around 150 ... 160 was my max lvl ... now I struggle with 130+

they nerf already week mag build --- thats just sad ...

The whole point of the game is to push the levels. The sad thing to me is that people are already farming so high. Bleeding Edge being nerfed, some builds are still hitting 189, but it's better overall.
If you can't kill anything at lvl 38, it's not because of the game, it's because of you. Your build is not well thought, you're not using the right skills, your gear is trash, etc, there are many reasons. Even a critbased character can farm at high levels right now.

PS : If you think that a character struggling at lvl 130 is weak, you're wrong, Wolcen is meant to be "hard", that's why they are NERFING things, in opposition to the usual ARPGs mostly buffing things.
