TL;DR:
Stuck with 2 lower level gear pieces (Frostweave Qullituq (47) and some rare ring with frost (60)). Dropping either = DPS from 19K to 7K.

Hi guys!

I could use some help right now.
Before anyone rages:
Yeah I'm using Bleeding Edge just because it's fun for me and I will continue to use it once it gets nerfed don't worry :).

I'm level 65, clearing 70ish Expeditions without any hassle so far.
But I just can't switch out 2 specific gear pieces.
I've got a Level 42 "Frostweave Qullituq" Rogue Unique Chest Piece which adds 100% of my freeze chance to my crit chance bringing it to around 79-80%.
And I have only 1 gear piece (a ring) which applies a frost effect / frost damage.

Here's the thing:

If I drop either the chest piece or the ring my average DPS drops from 13K to 7K and Crit Chance from 80% to 30%.
Should I keep on building around these 2 Items or replace them and try to get the DPS elsewhere?
For the latter: What gear should I lean towards to?
I'm a bit lost right now.
btw: Is 13K at Level 65 good enough? I have no Idea...
