Can Someone beat heimlock for me??

Im minion and mage based and it keeps bugging out for me. Can someone melee kill him? so i can enjoy the game?

Remove any aether spells and change the difficulty to story mode. Should be cake. Thats how I did it as sorcerer.

Bit of a bummer if you're an Aether based mage. Looks I need to reset the entire passive tree for this.
