Debuffing ailments

This one has been bugging me since the release of the game - how exactly do debuffs (curse, weakened, stasis) work and stack?
- If I have a weakend efficiency of 15% (= monster will be doing 15% less damage per stack), and I apply 10 stacks (150% reduced damage), does it mean the monster will be doing no damage? Does it have some diminishing returns?
- If I have stasis 15% and apply 10 stacks, does it mean monster will be completely paralyzed? (150% stasis)
- Is cursed damage bonus additive or multiplicative?
- Does it all actually really work as it should?

Doesnt seem so at least on the 1st glance. Do debuff ailments compare to the dot ailments performance wise? Is it feasible to create a "debuffer" build? Sorry for LOADS of questions but in this aspect of the game Im totally lost :) Thank you.

"If I have a weakend efficiency of 15% (= monster will be doing 15% less damage per stack), and I apply 10 stacks (150% reduced damage), "

No, that doesn't work like that. Like the tooltip says the first value is what 1 stacks inflict while the last value is with your maximum amount of stacks. So with 30 stacks your curse/weakness will have an efficiency of 34%, and 39% for stasis.
