How do you activate veteran expeditions? im at level 40 right now. When i click on veteran expeditions it shows everything as locked. Do I have to be above a certain level to unlock those options?

Get through three levels on the "Adept" version and it will unlock Veteran. You will need to go through three levels to progress each time.

I did all the full levels for 4 time i still dont get the veterans is it bugged now ?

What do you mean as "locked"? When you click on "Veteran" and then click ok, what happens?
Or are you talking about the row of lock symbols along the lower edge of the "Veteran" button?
