Wondering this too.

I've searched and searched and found nothing from the devs.

Also curious about this. I know the pet/companion/mercenary system is pushed to post launch with the housing system. But I haven't heard anything about the Kickstarter cosmetics, the XP/gold boost necklace, or the cosmetic weapon customization system (which I assume was trashed alongside the original, cooler apocalyptic form system).

I contacted support on this. I will be sure to post my findings here once they respond.

Edit: 1 week 3 days. Still no word from support. I imagine they are busy, I just hope they're not ignoring this since it was something promised to supporters.

I finally got this response back from support...two months later.

"Thank you for your patience. You should have receive another email with your
original Wolcen key, we've sent it around February 25th. Let me know if you
didn't receive it!

The other rewards are being scheduled and we will communicate the planning
on Kickstarter as soon as it's ready."

I believe the key mentioned here is pertaining to the OST. I did not ask about this in my original email so I'm getting clarity on that.

From the sounds of it though, they are still working on the cosmetics. Which to me, seems ridiculous. They had how many years since the Kickstarter ended and they still don't have some cosmetics for those who funded the game? By the time they actually release these, it will be too late. The game is already dead in the water. Personally I feel like I got riped off, not because of the missing cosmetics, but because of how short they fell on the game itself. Maybe they can pull off a No Man's Sky type of turn around, but I have little faith these days.
