Same here with Bow and Pistol as well no damage no rage no nothing. IDK what's happening but the game is unplayable now. Only way I can do guaranteed damage is AOE.

I noticed my dagger (poison / bleed) was also missing with hits.

I was building a "white arrow" build. Something has happened the last patch. Mobs are impossible to hit with any projectile. The devs sure have to check some of this "fixing" they did, as ranged based champs are unplayable.

Yes, i have yet to see hit chance on any item, so i assume it's not a part of the game.

I think that your problem mainly has to do with you playing online and your hits not registering properly as the server capacity is insufficient, the devs must have under-estimated the game's success i guess...

I play offline and my range skills just hit 100% of the time!
