Now that bleeding edge is not even a skill anymore - what can i use instead of it to keep having fun/progressing?

I just leveled my bleeding edge character to endgame yesterday, and now due to the cooldown on the skill i cant do anything anymore. (No I didnt even do ailment stacking because I dont wanna abuse bugs/broken mechanics.) I would like to keep playing the game, but I dont like builds that need any rotations or setups - basically just one button builds with lots of mobility and clearspeed. If any of you played Path of Exile - I want to play something similar to Winter Orb, Blade Vortex or Tornado Shot. Basically high mobility/clearspeed with one button screenclearing.

What I would like the build to be capable of is comfortable clearing up to about 157 and able to farm 163, not when fully optimized but like "done" (proper gear, but not BiS, around lvl 70-75)

What would be the closest thing to those things in this game now that bleeding edge is gone? (That doesnt require any specific gear)

So you want a build that a) only uses one skill, b) is capable of doing what only few builds that are quite polished can do at all after the patch c) do all of that without proper gear?
I think with how different this game is to PoE it will take a while until there is a build like that.

Well, since I know that builds like that dont exist in this game - thats why Im asking what the closest thing to that would be.
Also I dont entirely want to insist on 1 button - but what I mean by that is 1 skill for damage and not 4 different ones.

From all I know (which is not that much about this game) I would like some build that uses aether jump combined with a pack one shotting ability (which i dont know - therefore im asking). So that way I could teleport across the map to find a pack - oneshot it - rinse and repeat.
