I've been upgrading to rarities through the black market and it has worked thus far. But for some reason that last 3 days my upgrades has not finished.

Increase item rarity : 5189 / 13714 stuck like this for 3 days now. I've tried canceling my other 4 projects but it still stuck. Has any encountered this?
