skills that scale with weapon damage does it matter what types or just the overall number like lets say im scaled for material damage and have all my bonuses to increase material damage but i have a weapon that rolls with fire and lightning damage but is lets say 300 total (do my material %bonus stuff effect the weapons overall damage before it added into the skill)

like lets say i have 100 phsy / 100 fire / 100 light for a total of 300 but i have 100% material damage bonus with gear and lets pretend havoc orb scaled 100% weapon damage would it add 300 extra damage or would my 200% material damage bonuses increase my phys damage on my wep before its added in making my wep damage 400?
